Call for interns

Description of the internship:

As a result of the expansion of the scope of activities of our organization and the signed partnerships with universities and schools across the country, we intend to accept trainees by the Erasmus + programme. Innovative in the internship is that the internship will be held in several cities, because we organize events in different parts of Bulgaria constantly. We organize events mainly in Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, Plovdiv and Ruse. The main city where the trainees will live is Svishtov and at least twice a month they will participate in events in another cities in the country. This way the trainee will gain practical experience in organizing, conducting and reporting of educational courses, to improve their teamwork skills. Many other skills will be gained during their work in multicultural environment. In July 2016 we will form three teams with youths between 13 and 30 years.

In every team there will be four trainees, who will assist in all phases of the activities.

European languages class:


-2 trainees teaching English;

-2 trainees teaching another language;

*If there are more candidate trainees we can form additional language classes.


-Preparing of lessons and presentations (4 hours daily);

-Presenting the lessons (3 hours daily);

*There is a possibility the trainee to be included in the the editorial board of our international scientific journal.

This internship is suitable for students who study Philology.

Class – European values in action:

In this class the participants and trainees together will create events which will evolve the locals in initiatives, which will promote the European culture. There will be organized culture days of the European countries; public lectures; simulations and other activities, which aim to improve the European consciousness in the Bulgarians.


-Organizing of public events;

-Preparing of presentations;

-Communication with the local administration;

-Communication with the media and partners of the Organization;

-Organizing information campaigns;


The internship will be 7 hours per day, 5 days a week.

This internship is suitable for students who study Social and Humanitarian sciences.

Development and management of European projects class:

In this class will be taught the function of European projects, as the accent is on the bond between politics, programs and projects of the EU. The internship will help the development of practical skills for preparation of projects. During the internship will be learned the main steps for the successful development of an European projects.

In the end of the internship the participants will have main knowledge for the EU politics and strategies. They will gain practical skills in management of European projects. They will be able to develop project ideas alone or in teamwork.


- Preparing of presentations;

- Working with management of real programs;

- Identifying of projects;

- Creating budget for the project;

- Practical organization of the project;

The internship will be 7 hours per day, 5 days a week.

This internship is suitable for students, who study Politology, European studies and all economic sciences.

Each candidate need to know the terms for participating in internship, according to their university.

We will provide all documentation and send it through the post, if necessary.


Institute Perspectives does not provide salary for the internship. All funds for the student depend on their university.

Institute Perspectives can help in finding appropriate accommodation in the central part of the town. In the apartment there will be another Erasmus trainees.

The price will be between 120-150 Euro per month per person.

The internship can start at earliest on 01.07.2016. The duration of the internship can be between 2 and 12 months.

About the organization:

Institute Perspectives so far manage to combine youthful zeal and enthusiasm with experience and knowledge of erudite academics from the Academy of Economics "DA Tzenov " in Svishtov, Sofia University" St. Kliment Ohridski ", University" St. St. Cyril and Methodius " Veliko Tarnovo and University of Economics - Varna who develop the youth potential and consolidation of European values in the Bulgarian society.

The Members of the Institute Perspectives are 25 and they are structured in three sections - "Law"; "European projects" and "International Relations and Communications" and four clubs: "Black unifying center" -  Varna; "Veliko Tarnovo Club"; "Philosophy Club" -  Plovdiv; Center for strengthening the civil society "No Name"  Sofia.

The departments and the clubs are managed and controlled directly by the Board of the Association. In the implementation of projects and initiatives of the Association, its leadership relies on voluntary support of 150 young people from Svishtov, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, Plovdiv, Rousse and Sofia.

At the moment we are working on the following projects:

-"Young people from unemployment to employment" in partnership with 6 organisations from the Czech Republiv, Estonia, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania. Sponsored by HDRC  and Erasmus+ program.

- Since 2013 we issue international scientific journal “Perspectives” in which there are publications of more than 170 young people from all over the world. The journal is available on .

- We have 40 partnership contracts with NGOs signed for youth exchange and training courses in all over the Europe. Because of this relations we send several groups on projects by KD1 of Erasmus+ program every month.

- We frequently organize scientific conferences, public discussions and trainings in various topics in Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv and Rousse.
